Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order – such as defective product, wrong quantity or item shipped, or freight damage -, we guarantee you a 100% refund, excluding shipping expenses, which will be credited in your Cigar Terminal account. At least 96% of the order must be returned in its original package to Cigar Terminal within 7 days of the product receipt. In case of lost shipments, Cigar Terminal guarantees the reshipment of the order, if the non-reception of the order is proved.

Our minimum order is 10 sticks of cigars of a value of $100.00 USD. All orders are subject to confirmation by Cigar Terminal. Estimated delivery time is given in the respective timetable at the Shipping Info section of this site. The client is responsible for delivered products, even if delivery has been made at an alternative delivery point. Cigar Terminal cannot be held responsible for any extra costs arising from local import duty regulations. All orders are charged in US Dollar and Euro prices are shown for indication only. All disputes shall be subject to the laws and the courts of United Kingdom . All prices and other terms and conditions are subject to change until Cigar Terminal confirms delivery.
